TERMS & CONDITIONS

THOU SHINE IN LIFE LLP

1. Eligibility & Appointment

Each applicant must be at least 18 years old to become a THOU SHINE IN LIFE LLP distributor. By signing the registration form, the applicant acknowledges that they are being appointed as a self-employed distributor, not an employee or agent of the company. This agreement allows the distributor to sell and promote THOU SHINE IN LIFE LLP products under a principal-to-principal basis.

2. Non-Transferability

The registration is non-transferable and non-refundable.

3. Wallet amount Disclaimer

I understand that the 40% Wallet amount was infused by the company during registration to promote my ID to the upper phase. This amount is not part of my income and cannot be claimed as commission.

4. Product Promotion & Advertisement

Distributors must not advertise or promote any unapproved product or service within the THOU SHINE IN LIFE LLP network. Prior written permission is required to promote products on any e-commerce platform or marketplace.

5. Income & Commission Ethics

Distributors are strictly prohibited from making false or misleading income claims. If any dispute, complaint, or misrepresentation arises, the company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the distributor’s ID.

6. Downline Responsibilities

Distributors are expected to support and guide their downlines. If an upline fails and a valid complaint arises, the company may transfer the downline or suspend/terminate the upline ID after investigation.

7. Spouse Policy

If husband and wife both wish to become distributors, they must operate under a single distributorship or individual.

8. Grievance Redressal

Any customer complaint must be forwarded to the company, which will address it within 30 days. The company's decision will be final.

9. Bank Account & Payout Policy

Every distributor must provide valid bank account details. If a distributor's cumulative bonus is between ₹100–₹600 and bank details are not submitted, the company may issue product vouchers instead. Payouts are released only when the bonus reaches ₹100 or more.

10. Nominee

By default, a distributor’s spouse will be treated as nominee, unless otherwise declared in the nomination form.

11. Text Message Consent

By registering, you authorize THOU SHINE IN LIFE LLP to send SMS or WhatsApp messages related to business updates.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

All personal data (mobile number, bank details, etc.) will be kept confidential and used only for internal purposes. We do not share customer or distributor data with any third parties without legal requirement.

13. Refund & Return Policy

Registration and digital services are non-refundable. Product returns are only accepted in case of damage or defect, reported within 7 days of delivery. Replacement will be provided upon verification.

14. Income Disclaimer

THOU SHINE IN LIFE LLP does not guarantee income to any distributor. Earnings are based on individual effort, product sales, and team performance.

15. Termination Policy

A distributor may be suspended or terminated for misrepresentation, violation of company rules, inactivity, or non-compliance. All benefits, bonuses, and rights shall cease immediately upon termination.

16. Amendment Clause

THOU SHINE IN LIFE LLP reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the official website, and continued participation implies acceptance.

17. Product Disclaimer

“All Cure For Sure” is a 100% natural product aimed at supporting general wellness. It is not a medicine, supplement, or cure and should not replace professional medical advice.

18. Definitions

Company – Refers to THOU SHINE IN LIFE LLP.
Distributor – A person registered to promote and sell the company’s products.

19. Code of Conduct

Distributors must act ethically and professionally, avoid manipulating or pressuring others, respect the business plan and branding, and avoid spreading false claims on social media.

20. Jurisdiction

All legal disputes will be under the jurisdiction of West Bengal, India.
